Be tempted by the delicate luminosity of watercolour! Flowers and foliage in the morning, garden scenery in the afternoon; we’ll be looking ahead to outdoor days when you can take your paintbox out into the countryside. Come and experiment with this compelling medium, its lovely colours and its flowing qualities.
Materials: you will need to bring your own materials, though Marianne may be able to lend you some if necessary. Well in advance of each course, Marianne will send you a list of what you’ll need to bring. Old Forest Arts Supplies in Hay will be happy to provide you with anything you need for the classes.
Suitable for all ages and skills: begnners, improvers and experienced.
It is a condition of booking that every student agrees to these Covid-19 Rules before attending any course.
I am very well aware of the anxieties around Covid-19 and the need to offer a safe teaching environment. Therefore, I have drawn up Covid-19 Rules and a Risk Assessment document that outlines the various necessary procedures for each day. A great deal of careful planning has gone into the design of these courses, so that on the day we can all relax and have fun.
